Kinesiology is a complimentary therapy using the gentle and dependable method of muscle testing to determine what is triggering stress in the body or brain, and determines the best way to correct the imbalance or calm down the nervous system. In doing this, the body can feel more comfortable, the emotions are calmer, the brain functions better and the outlook on life is more positive enabling the fulfillment of ones latent potentialities.

Our body needs to have balance on a structural, chemical and emotional level. These aspects all work in harmony. When we are feeling "off" (balance) one or more of these aspects will need to be brought back into balance. Otherwise we experience symptoms such as:

  • Body aches, pains, headaches, lack of concentration, scattered thinking
  • Poor memory, learning skills, mood swings, angry outbursts
  • Fatigue or exhaustion, poor communication, low self esteem

Sometimes our lack of wellbeing is caused through subconscious long held emotions, beliefs or patterns, shock or trauma. Often these experiences occurred long ago however they have not yet been effectively addressed. Kinesiology can identify the cause and correct this block without the client becoming distressed by discussing the issue, merely by identifying that it is still there in the subconscious. The body knows and remembers everything.
